At Cardworks Servicing, I was a Call Center Engagement Associate, managing over 70 inquiries daily using Genesys software. This role required technical proficiency and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. I fostered a supportive environment that made customers feel valued by guiding credit cardholders through their account balances and resolving complaints. My efforts in adhering to established policies while addressing customer issues were recognized by management, underscoring the importance of quality service in building lasting relationships. This experience taught me that effective communication and problem-solving are key to service excellence.
